My sign is about George Bush with war crimes with former presidents and governors and senators involved with some populations and 12 galaxies. I was already published on the Wave Magazine January 1st this year and the San Francisco Chronicle October 16th 1999. I met Heather Ishimaru from Channel 7 and Manny Ramos from Channel 5 and they’re also filming me about the news broadcast of my protest about the San Francisco Police Department also involved with George Bush behind closed doors in Washington, those populations and 12 galaxies also involved with some police brutality and those war crimes in the middle east and with Iraq and also the treasons committed against the 130 galaxies and I was not paid as a movie star.

Frank: 
Also it is about some telepathic scientific inventions with some rhetorical treasons committed with slanders just...with extra sensory perceptions brainwashing me with numerous grand thefts and embezzlements, just trying to create some minor laryngitis or some permanent laryngitis against my campaigns, committed by the CIA and Bill Clinton and just former presidents George Washington and Ben Franklin with some resurrections that were top secret behind closed doors in Washington. But also I think most of the protesters here today that came out today I think they were also on behalf of my protest.

Evan Coyne Maloney: 
Did you...what sort of relationship have you had with these protesters?

Frank: 
Well, sometimes they stop by and ask me what the protest is about and some of the cameramen I met John Lobertini over here today and he usually talks to me and films me too and I met Channel 7’s cameramen and...you know...just...Brenda Brodettes from Channel 7 the journalist and some of the cameramen from Channel 7, Jeff and Stan. So, and sometimes some of the protesters stop by and ask me, you know, similar to the way...to the way you are doing and I get a chance to present my campaigns and some of them give me a small donation, $1 or you know $5 donations or something.

Evan: 
Tell me a little more about 12 galaxies.

Frank: 
Those are quintrological galaxies and alphatronic rockifications and humanoid spacifications and some quadraloglical, chemical war crimes with some tetralogical cosmopolitans with rockificiations, space stations and flying saucers with other populations on other planets across 12 galaxies that were top secret by the CIA behind closed doors in Washington outdating the automobile society and outdating those international airlines.

Evan: 
What is it...how are they controlling people’s minds?

Frank: 
Well, they were friends with American presidents with some telepathic scientific inventions with extra-sensory perceptions brainwashing me against my campaigns and also...you know...just...behind closed doors in Washington just, you know, friends with those senators and House of Representatives just controlling those opinions and those viewpoints over there.

Evan: 
Is there one leader we should be most worried about?

Frank: 
Well, George Bush just...I saw him announce with one of those mass-murder cases, so...he was involved with it, that’s why he’s had serious war crimes in Iraq.
