Evan Coyne Maloney
Evan Coyne Maloney is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and political commentator living in New York City. An early pioneer of online video years before YouTube was created, Evan got his start in filmmaking in 2003 by posting short videos to his website Brain-Terminal.com that have since been seen tens of millions of times. Evan's stake-out interview of Michael Moore led to acquiring financing for his feature-length documentary, Indoctrinate U, which covers issues of free speech and free thought on college campuses.
Indoctrinate U premiered at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. to a sold-out crowd that responded with a standing ovation. Since then, the film has been screened theatrically and at hundreds of college campuses around the world, as well as on the Documentary Channel and numerous public broadcasting outlets. His film remains one of the all-time top sellers in the Documentary Channel Store.
Evan and his work have been featured on CNN, C-SPAN, Fox News, CNN Headline News, Comcast News, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Post, The Washington Times, The Telegraph (London), The Times (London), The New York Sun, the Documentary Channel, and a number of PBS stations around the United States.
